Deployed a fully redundant Hyper-V 3 Node Cluster with
MPIO and Dynamic Failover as well as ensured that business
critical systems were placed on redundant ISPs for high
availability.
Management of multiple infrastructure upgrade projects and
modifications, tracked all budgetary costs associated
(Hyper V Virtual environment as stated above/Exchange 2007
to 2010/ SharePoint WSS to Sharepoint 2010 Ent/ Citrix
deployment/ Shoretel VoIP upgrade across the entire pacer
network as well as two major office relocations of our

Plan develop and deploy utilizing proper governance and
ensuring business continuity and minimal impact during
upgrades
Managed and maintained mobility contracts with Telus
Mobility for approx. 600 PCS and smart phones. Also
included multiple aircards
VNX and VNXe SAN deployment for data retention
Deployed Ticketing system to monitor performance of
Helpdesk as well as ensure that all issues were meeting
proper SLA's and not falling through the cracks
Developed new business policies and procedures for IT
department and hardware usage.
Developed DRP for Pacer Construction
Ensured local and offsite backups being done nightly via
internal data deduplication and offsite remote backups to
an office NOC in Edmonton. With verification and
validation of data backups
