Twenty years of experience in international projects of Energy and

Environment, transformer substations, high power electric motors and power

electronics equipment, planning, management and technical leadership in

the field of energy applied to the Steel, Mining, Ports, Railways and

Airport with the companies General Electric, AEG-Telefunken, CVG-Steel del

Orinoco CA, Sadespa and CVG-Venalum in Spain, Germany, Venezuela, Iraq,

Lebanon, Colombia, Central America and the Caribbean.

Fifteen years in executive positions in international cooperation in the

countries of the Region of the Americas: Inter-American Development Bank

(IDB) and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO / WHO), based in

Washington DC, and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECI)

and the European Union based in Madrid (Spain), Santo Domingo (Dominican

Republic) and Guatemala.

Domain of the logical framework and project cycle management and the

procurement and monitoring procedures based on Inter-American Development

Bank (IADB) and the European Union. Experience in processes and underlying

problem of reconstruction of areas affected by natural disasters in Latin

El Salvador financed by the European Union, PAHO, World Bank and IADB.

The diagnosis of industrial safety and electrical operation of the airport

La Aurora in Guatemala, supervision of the electrical substation,

monitoring the systems, and all power supplies to the control tower,

antennas, lighting, air conditioning and lighting up on the header of the

court.

During three years implementation and technical accompaniment of the

industrial safety and environment at the Port Quetzal, Guatemala, which

included a Diagnosis of all Electrical Systems, Emergency Plants and

Cranes, Containers Terminal and the Study of the Energy Efficiency

Performance for Offices and Services of the Port. Study of the Pumping

System for Drinking Water, of the environment problems of disinfection of

Containers, Wastewater and Solid Wastes.

For the Autonomous Executive Port Commission (CEPA) of El Salvador.

Diagnosis of electrical systems in merchant ports of Acajutla and La

Union. Plan corrective and preventative of maintenance in line with

identified weaknesses in the Diagnosis.

The electrical building of the new airport of Santo Domingo, Dominican

Republic: the maintenance of electrical installations of the old airport

during construction of the new extension; technical cooperation in the

study and design of electrical systems for the new airport. Monitoring of

the electrical installation of the substation and electrical distribution

of panels.

Implementation of industrial safety at the National Institute of

Electrification (INDE), which included a diagnosis of the thermoelectric

and hydroelectric power plants, and the electrical transformer substations, and transmission networks and power distribution nationwide; included

the analysis of energy saving using modern thermal instrumentation Fluke.

Beside the heating systems, water supply and lighting of the

administrative buildings of the Company.

Nicaraguan Energy Institute (INE). Development of technical standards for

environmental protection and industrial safety in the Sub-sector of

Electricity of Nicaragua,included all forms of Renewable Generation of

protection in the exploration, production and transportation of

hydrocarbons onshore and offshore.
