Supervisory experience: Currently perform under the classification of Engineering Technician
III. The classification of Engineering Technician III is the advanced working level in the
Engineering Technician series. This class is the first level in this series that may requires lead
work and the training of subordinates. Experience supervising North County Detention Facility
supervised adult crews (SAC) through delegating, role-assigning, monitoring performance and
productivity, evaluating, and behavioral control. Other experience includes serving as party chief
of a survey crew and assuming responsibility for daily work and deliverables. Concurrent to
performing complex engineering/surveying practices I serve as the lead person in charge of
persons working under me in a subordinate capacity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited
to: training, delegating, evaluating, monitoring performance and growth of personnel, mentoring
and teaching for professional and personal growth, setting and maintaining safe working

facility. I served as President of the Resident Council (Elective Commitment) delegating and

consequences associated with them. I served as Head of Maintenance over subordinates
performing and delegating daily necessary maintenance activities.
