Position: Resident Engineer – Architect

Project: Construction of 448 Villas in Sila’a – West region (USD 185M) the project included 2

construction types for Villas (Conventional and Pre-cast). 2 Pearl Green building – equivalent to

Silver LEED rating.

• Led design and supervision team to ensure that contractor was fulfilled with quality control

plan of the project.

• Reviewed and approved all architectural and civil submittals with full coordination with all

disciplines.

• Implemented staff appraisals as part of career development for employee’s performance in

relation to organizational criteria and objectives.

• Prompt responded on all RFI's and proposed solutions on technical issues influencing design.

• Attended project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as

scheduled.

• Kept daily log of job site progress, conditions, concerns, submittals logs, and keep healthy

stage, in line with time schedule, project budget, RFP and client’s requirements.

Position: Senior architect - Project management and Supervision

• Managed and reviewed all developers and consultants’ deliverables and verify compliance
