Description of Project
The project report includes the sales process, customer expectations and
post purchase behavior of the existing customers in Bangalore. I carried
out a survey with the help of Questionnaire and made cold calls to gather
information of the potential customers, their expectations and post-
purchase behavior of SML ISUZU's existing customers. Later I got the
opportunity to team up with an experienced and talented sales executive of
the company to visit the potential customers, educate them about the
products & its benefits, convince them and finally close the deal. We did
provide loan assistance from several banks and financial institution.The
report will help the company to improve customer service, increase customer
satisfaction and performance of the sales representatives. I did acquire
Marketing & Selling skills, Time Management, Listening & Negotiation skills
in the field of Personal Selling.
