Led Six Sigma project that reduced waste (number of reprints) by 46% in our
front end printing department leading to an annual savings of $1.2M in raw
material costs, plus an additional $375K in labor savings
(reduced staff by 5 people).

manufacturing and $600K reduction in annual labor costs.
Instituted a Quality Control Process to improve the customer Dolby
screening process. Increased A and B grade rating from 60% to 95% within
three months.
Worked with AQMD / EPA to modify equipment that was able to meet the new
emission guidelines, as well as produce a $550K annual savings in
chemical solvent usages and improved cleaning method that resulted in
50% less re-cleaning of film.
Reduced startup time and costs, post elimination of weekend production, by
over 87%.
