* Completed the summer internship at Idea Cellular ltd, Delhi as part of
PGDM curriculum in year 2012.
Project Title: Job Satisfaction of Employees.
Project Objectives: This project is done to measure the various reasons
which affect the satisfaction level of Idea employees in the outlets
located in south Delhi and which measure affect the employees i.e.
Environmental impact along with facilities provided to them.

of PGDM
curriculum in year 2013.

Project Objectives: this research report is done to measure the

Project Objectives: This project was done to develop payroll management
software in order to make the organization work easily. To maintain the
