The goal of the is to expand the chat/email program into a first class tool that is scalable globally in infrastructure

to support all front line tactical needs as well as long term strategic initiatives. As a result, there is an effort to consolidate the

Dell Chat & Dell Email vendors with a single vendor and to replace the regional installs from six instances to two (Support

and Sales).

Bring new tables for Email data from Source (Moxie) to EBI Teradata environment, create a package layer for the business

reporting metrics for email data, and provide the metrics in the Universe for consumption by the business for their email data

reporting needs.

The project goal is to provide reporting capabilities for email and chat to the business using the data from the new

Chat/Email tool.

Description:

The purpose of this project is to house provider data from WMS HMO file into the Edward region and make it

available to WellPoint warehouses and downstream applications. To Load the Provider related Data

From WMS HMO file to the corresponding Edward tables

The Scope of the requirement is to load WMS HMO Provider information into Edward tables.

To load the Old WMS HMO file to the corresponding Edward tables.

To load the New WMS HMO file containing QCARE HMO Provider Information to the corresponding Edward tables.

Both the Old and New HMO files will be split into 2 different files (based on the record type 01 and 05) and

Loaded into the corresponding landing zone tables by using Informatica mappings and then will be loaded to the tables in

Edward through CSA tables by using BTEQ scripts.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering the Business requirements and attended business meetings and discussion with onsite team

• Involved in Data Extraction from Oracle and Flat files using Informatica.

The purpose of this Project is to define the SSB business requirements for the state Texas mandated FSR, CSR &

OON Reports. The HMO must submit reports regularly for each Service Delivery Area (SDA). The report must be submitted

in the format prescribed in HHSC’s Uniform Managed Care Manual. Three separate reports should be created one for

STAR, one for CHIP and one for CHIP PERINATAL for all the Reports.

These Reports Helps the Texas State to Analyze the Business and is useful for better Decision Making.

Responsibilities:

• Studying the existing system and Understand Business Requirement Specifications.

• Primarily responsible for designing and developing Extraction, Transformation and loading process using ETL tool
