. Responsible for the day-to-day internal operations of two magazines, Dell
Power Solutions and Dell Insight, with a subscriber base of over 25,000.
This included maintenance to the subscriber data base, updating
inventory, billing, and responding to enquires via the magazine website.
. Coordinated updates to the website with new issue information and
developed monthly reports of system problems for IT troubleshooters.
. Fundamental part of a request for proposal from publishers that
eventually would save the operation over $500,000 a year. This included
an interactive initial bid process that lead to the review of proposals
from five of the finalist.
. Assisted in the development of a tracking and billing program that
allowed the Editor-in-Chief have an up-to-the-minute presentation of
inventory and revenue.
