Property Estate Manager for the Gesualdo's ( Mauro)

The Mauro's had three homes;
1) $ 30,000,000 Estate,
1370 South Ocean Bulvd. Manalapan, Fl. 33462
2)$ 9,000,000 Estate,
1201 N. Atlantic Drive, Lake Worth Fl. 33462
3) $ 13,000,000 Estate,
221 N. Atlantic Drive, Lake Worth Fl. 33462
I was responsible For;
* All contractors on property, landscapers, electritions, a.c. contractors, pool service, exterminating companies, and all outside additional help.
* All homes were to be pressure cleaned monthly along with paito,walkways and pool areas. I kept up all eve troughts, windows, roof cleaned and maintained and kept in good condition.
Flower beds and all foilage on property were watered as needed and trimmed.
I replaced all lights in and out of the homes and made sure all plumbing, drains were working.
Pool was kept clean and chemicals balanced, I worked
with the pool service to keep it right.
I painted ceilings, walls, gates, dock, ledges and all areas that needed to be taken care of.
As I was good with my hands, I saved the owners money by replacing marble when cracked, wood touch up painting, and repairs of all kinds instead of calling out for services.
Also maintained the patio areas when used and cleaned the refrigerators, grill's, tv and all cushions and tables.
* I maintained the Tenders (38 ft) boats, jet skies. Flushing, cleaning and fueling them.
* I maintained all vehicles, kept them clean, serviced and fueled at all times. And I was a chauffeur many times as to take the owners to and from the airport or on small trips to the Keys.
* I took care of all outgoing and incoming mail and packages.
* I also kept in good communication with the owners and provided a financial report at the end of the month.
Property Manger for the Lowe's Estate

Responsible for;
* All Contractors on Property
* Security, pool tec., Landscapers, crestron systems, air-conditioning systems, tennis court up-keep, along with the property up-keep and vehicle care and maintenance
* As this was a big property on the ocean, there was priorities for all electrical, door and window systems and window care
on a daily Basis.
* I was also responsible for all incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail.
* I maintained the home, which included painting, marble Work, security dog walking, beach ladder machanics and maintaining the beach area of trash.
* I was also a personal Chef for the Lowe's. Which I took care of special Functions, Lunches, Dinners and Breakfast at times.
Including Seasonal Dinning times.
* I also was at times the chauffeur for the family to and from the air port and to funtions, and running the children to the bus stop and sometimes picking them up from school.
* I was incharge of finance reports weekly and communication was primarily E-Mail. As they were very private.

Eric Ensign was a priceless asset to us as he served as our Estate Manager. Eric is a very resourceful, creative, and solution oriented person. He frequently came up with new innovative approaches to solve the problems at hand-and did so in a cost-effective manner. He is extremely cost-conscious and saved us an enormous amount of money during his tenure with us.
Eric was always cheerfull and willing to assist us with any task. He is highly motivated individual. Eric has great communication skills, and gets along extremely well with our staff and colleagues, and is highly respected both personally and a professionally by colleagues, employees, suppliers and contractors.
