Currently--Sales of commercial and home inspection services. I am able to
enhance sales by forming relationships with real estate agents and brokers
who then recommend my services to prospective home and commercial clients.
2001 to 2008-Manufactures Representative -- I sold steeples, baptisteries
and cupolas to architects and church committees. I was responsible for
creating long-term relationships with architects and general contractors.
Quite a bit of prospecting by phone and in person went with this job, as
the fiberglass manufacturer I represented could make almost anything with
fiberglass. Largest sale was $350,000.00 for the domes and minaret tower
on the Muslim mosque in downtown Atlanta.
1993-2001 - Sales of construction services for restaurants. Developed
long-term relationships with restaurant corporate officers and managers,
such as Longhorn and Outback, to perform remodels and provide facility
management and maintenance to ensure restaurant facilities ran smoothly.
