CAREER SUMMARY

. Currently licensed as a pharmacist in the states of Texas and

Delaware. My professional experience spans over a twenty-year period

involving numerous areas within the field of pharmacy. These include

hospital, retail, home infusion, long-term care, specialized pharmacy,

compounding pharmacy, consulting and management. As a clinician, I

have worked as a Drug Information Specialist, Staff / Lead pharmacist

and a Unit-based Clinical Pharmacist in small and large hospital

systems.

. As a Pharmacist II at Memorial Hermann-TMC, the nation's busiest Level
