. Preparation of Understanding document and taking a clients view on our

understanding and finalizing the BRD document.

. Preparation of Business Blue print once the BRD is signed off.

. Preparation of Functional specifications once the Business Blue print

is signed off by all Stake holders of the respective Business units.
