Job Description:

Project 1:

"Cenlar" is a wholesale bank that focuses all subservicing in mortgage

like Underwriting, Reconciliation, Research, Satisfaction, Payoff Statement

and customer service.

. Research :- Used Lender Processing Services(LPS) fidelity tool for

the given task completion, this includes Authorization given to third

parties and as per borrower request, generating Verification Of

Mortgage (VOM) for customers, generating Coupon Books as per borrower

request, preparing daily and monthly reports.

. Payoff Statement: - Generating thirty days Payoff statements as per

customer request with effective and valid date.

Project 2:

"RCS" - (Residential Credit Solutions) is a company to provide

servicing and subservicing offering to both investors and issuers.

. Payment Processing: - Posting unapplied funds in different buckets

like REO liquidation, Charge off and Short Payoff based on liquidation

tickets.

. Investor Reporting: - Reporting and remitting investor's accounts both

mid-month and month end. Uses client's tool Fiserv and excel reports

to match and reconcile the same.

Project title : A Study on "Overall Financial Performance" at

Sheila Packaging Industries, Chennai.

Duration : October 2006 - March2007

Description : This project is used to find the financial performance

of Sheila packaging industries based On Working capital,

budgeting and forecasting. Analyze the financial position

of the Company through Liquidity, Profitability and

Solvency ratio.

Company Limited, Salem.

Description : This study mainly attempts to provide maximum details
