Objective

I am interested in a position with a growing company that will allow me to learn new skills and/or

utilize the skills I have.

Qualifications

I have experience with a wide variety of jobs, Prior service Us Army. power tools, Building

Superintendent, CNC winder operator and plastics assembly and farming including

maintenance of equipment.

Education

Connecticut State High school diploma and various leadership and management military

schools.

Employment History

US Army. As a Combat Engineer. This included bridge building, demolitions and small trade skills such as

basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Promoted up through ranks and became a squad leader of 11

others. 1975-1983

Army National Guard. Did many different jobs while in for 12 years. To include supply and assigned as a

Platoon Sergeant for an Asphalt platoon which was responsible for 45 people and signed for millions of

dollars of tools and equipment to include a complete asphalt making plant. Then reassigned as

Headquarters platoon Sergeant this was all the cooks, clerks and all others that supported the unit. 1983-

1995

Mohegan Park Apartments

Norwich CT. 1995-1997

In charge of two other employees and responsible for maintenance of a 400 unit complex. To include

simple plumbing and electrical repairs, apartment turn overs, grounds maintenance and equipment,

processing work orders, ordering needed supplies and working with vendors.

Norman’s Dairy Farm

Jewett City Ct.

Strictly dairy cattle to include milking, using farm equipment in fields and maintaining buildings and

equipment. Worked 14 yrs there can’t remember exact dates it was during part time National Guard.

Stinger Systems/Karbon Arms

Position: Machine operator/ production of taser guns making and riot shields

Additional Notes: Currently unemployed do to permanent lay off from present employer.
