Provided primary legal support to sales and marketing teams, including

drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including sales agreements,

confidentiality agreements, and reviewing print advertising and marketing

materials for compliance with company policy and legal requirements.

Handled litigation management of customer complaints and lawsuits, in

addition to managing negotiation with customer for warranty claims.

Implemented and enforced a contract review process including applicable

templates, risk review, and product stewardship program for all newly

developed products.
