any team project. Experience in planning and monitoring mobile and web
technology projects; managing enterprise level web and cloud technology
initiatives; developing and analyzing system requirements; planning,
organizing, and coordinating resources to meet information technology (IT)
program objectives; and evaluating and recommending new and/or enhanced
approaches to the delivery of mobile, web and cloud technology services.
Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive
the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general

outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or
assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about
available products and services; is committed to providing quality products
and services. Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to
individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature
of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes
clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal
cues, and responds appropriately. Identifies problems; determines accuracy
and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate

Accomplishments:
Pharmacy Call Center(CRM): Built as a replacement for an existing COTS
software solution the CRM software is both powerful and user friendly.
Averaging over 30,000 calls a month this system utilizes the speed and
massive data capabilities of the VistA database management system.
Completely web based this system has a built in set of management tools that
remove the need for IT administration. As the call center continues to grow
the software continues to adapt to the needs of the user with its dynamic
tagging system and robust tool set. By switching to my CRM software the VA
has saved $180,000 in licensing costs and even more money by significantly
lowering the average call time.(POC is *******.*******@**.***)
Provider Productivity Tool(RVU): A complete web based interface tool that is
designed to track every action of every provider at the Indianapolis VAMC.
Implementing a faceted classification system that is then used in combination
with a dynamically built data set this system generates accurate reports
quickly. A tiered security system allows for greater visibility by VAMC staff
with an overall goal of generating better care for our patients. A user friendly
interface and powerful report building engine displays massive amounts of
information efficiently and effectively.(POC is ****.*****@**.***)
Chronic Hemo Dialysis Report(CHDR): This program generates a web page
report that searches through months of lab tests for all of our dialysis patients.
In addition to basic reporting the system performs multiple calculations that
give the providers fast and accurate information. This tool is used daily to
quickly identify in trouble patients and can even identify specific problems
and report them to the provider. By automating this process the providers
have more accurate information and more time to spend with their
patients.(POC is *******.*******@**.***)
Pharmacy Ward Order(PWO): A complete ticket and inventory system for the
internal pharmacy orders to wards within the VAMC. This system uses a very
user friendly and intuitive request system allowing for very little training
being needed. The ticket system tracks all everything electronically to include
what items were requested and filled. Included in this system is a complete
outgoing inventory tracking tool for accurate pharmacy inventories.(POC is

These are just a few of the many projects I have completed in my first year at
this position. As I continue to develop software for the VA I strive for
software that is stable, secure, user friendly and self managed by the users.
Adapting technology for the future and inventing new ways to solve problems
are greatest accomplishments.
