Designed and executed an extensive needs assessment and outcome
evaluation of their global initiative, World Day of Prayer and Action for
Children. Through qualitative and quantitative data collection methods,
such as telephone surveys, interviews and content analysis of existing
documents, generated a final report.
Goodwill rescue mission - Newark, New Jersey (2012)
Designed and executed an assessment of the organization's cultural and
work environment, specifically addressing the stakeholders, including the
program residents, staff and Board members. Methodology included focus
groups, interviews and surveys, which collected qualitative and
quantitative data on attitudes, values held and their individual
perspectives on the various issues.

Designed and executed a borough wide outcome evaluation of the Bronx
Healthy Hearts, Healthy Brain Initiative. Lead and conducted a borough
wide outcome evaluation of the Bronx Defeat Diabetes Project (2006 -
2007).

Designed, developed and conducted a training workshop for the Project
CHETA, "Planning a Special Event as a Fundraiser" for community-based and
faith-based organizations.
brooklyn perinatal network - Brooklyn, New York (2007 - 2008)
Provided coaching, training and technical assistance to design, develop
and execute the NYC HHC - PCI Community Health Assessment for hard to
reach populations in several Brooklyn neighborhoods. Designed and
conducted a community needs assessment and a housing needs assessment for
the CDC funded project, Brownsville Action Community for Health Equality.

Reduction Initiative.

Strategic Action Committee's pilot project, "Harlem: Mind, Body and
