Main project: “Design of multi spindle torque tightener with self releaser for rear end oil seal in diesel

engine”

The project mainly concentrates in minimizing the workers fatigue- The multispindle torque tightener is designed to

tight 9 bolts simultaneously irrespective of the sequence in bolts which overcomes the limitations of impact wrench

were the bolts are tightened as per the sequence leading to oil leakage & workers fatigue at Simpson & Co Ltd,

Anna Salai, Chennai.

Mini project: “Design & fabrication of lawn mower”

Design & fabrication of lawn mower uses electric motor in which the cutting blades are fixed at the rotor and thus

used to cut the grass evenly.
