Responsible for review and interpretation of Oil and Gas Lease Agreements,

Development Agreements, Overriding Royalty Agreements, Assignment of

Mineral Interests, Assignment of Oil and Gas Leases, and any other

relative land agreements of public record. Prepared title runsheets,

mineral ownership reports and resolved title curative concerns that could

impact the condition of the title.

Responsible for oversight and management of all title personnel. Prepared

and reviewed development agreements, land contracts, purchase and sale

agreements, mortgages, assignments, confidentiality agreements, etc...

Duties included title abstracting from patent to present, title curative,

and title examining for residential, commercial and industrial properties,

and review of title commitments. Worked closely with land developers,

community and government agencies throughout the development process.

Developed a land based information management system to work in correlation

with GIS, but it was specific to title / acquisition data.

Department of Environmental Affairs

Responsible for review of concept plans, development plans, and all

relevant zoning and land use maps. Reviewed contractor agreements relative

to environmental services, professional services and organizational

assessment services. Worked closely with environmental consultants to

address various geologic concerns, including soil sampling, and other

aspects of subsurface investigation and environmental remediation.

Reviewed environmental assessments that gave a comprehensive review of the

geologic conditions of the property. Worked with Arcview for GIS and the

municipal land based information system.

November 1996 to 1997

Responsible for management of total petroleum parcels of land with

environmental concerns and problems. Responsible for running multiple rigs

associated with ground water extraction at gas station sites with leaking

underground storage tanks. Performed operation and maintenance on a ground

water extraction system, ground water sampling and contractor oversight.

Conducted environmental Phase I assessments and health and safety training

courses for the company's employees.
