Citizens Bank Park April 2004- July 2012 Aramark

1. Earned almost $8 million in sales during the first year at Citizens Bank Park and shattered Aramark’s corporate projection of $5.5 million.

2. Accomplished creating the entire new retail department, including fourteen locations and a two story store, in only two days due to construction delays.

3. Earned record breaking sales of $16.5 million in 2008 during the World Series and $15 million in 2009 during the World Series as well as created and purchased entire lines of World Series and playoff merchandise.

4. Ensured that the retail department has remained in the top 3 retail departments in sales every year since 2008 for all baseball stadiums across the country.

5. Expanded upon all product lines by utilizing merchandise planning strategies. As well as expanding upon vendor relations by working closely with national apparel manufacturers and visiting Twins in Boston, Gear in Kansas, New Era in Buffalo and Miami, and Majestic in Pennsylvania and Tampa, etc.

6. Responsible for all retail operations and merchandising at the University of Pennsylvania, including football, basketball, and the Penn Relays since 2006, growing sales every year.

7. Managed numerous non-baseball events at CBP, including concerts (such as Jimmy Buffet, The Police, and Bon Jovi) and the 2012 Winter Classic. Sales for the Winter Classic were the highest since the inception of this event.

Veterans Stadium June 1998-October 2003 Odgen and Aramark

1. Earned “Aramark Manager of the Year Award” in 2002 and 2003 by transforming the retail department into a profitable enterprise after first year of employment, nearly doubling sales from $680,000 in 1998 to $1.2 million in 1999 by utilizing merchandise planning strategies.

2. Achieved profitable financial objectives by preparing the annual budgets, planning expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions that achieved annual profit rises.

1. Maintained ten store locations within Veterans Stadium and responsible for all visual merchandising within those locations.

4. Last of the Retail Directors to run a “two team stadium” that included running operations and merchandising for both Eagles football and Phillies baseball.

5. Achieved profit increases every year and finished the final season at Veterans Stadium with sales topping $3.5 million. This allowed a larger final season product line that would be expanded upon at Citizens Bank Park.
