Senior Program/Project Manager, responsible for Enterprise Business Solutions IT Infrastructure
Team delivery of the GFS Enterprise Financial Planning Tool. This is a large scale multi year
program with a +18MM budget. This includes developing the Strategy and Plan for Service Delivery,
Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Project Compliance with SDLC and SOx standards.

an estimate 4.3 Million calls per year. This project resulted in a significant one time savings
($800,000), and annualizes cost avoidance.
Completed support of the sizing effort for the ServiceWare Application which is the sister

Application to Peregrine. The recommendations supported by the test results will allow for a
downsizing of the application infrastructure, and generate a benefit of over $600K in a 5 year
period.
Successfully completed testing and recommendations for several HRT and ISG global

applications, including PeopleSoft Time and Labor, CompConnect, Pay and Personal Info,

Planning) Project. Responsible for the strategic alliance with the Applications Development
team. This effort including Requirements Gathering, Sizing, Performance and Stress Testing,
and Infrastructure Tuning. This project was completed on time, and under budget.
• Application and Infrastructure Lead for the GFA (Global Finance Architecture) Competency
Tool Integration Project. This was a cross functional project performed in the GFA
Infrastructure. Integrated the new Application and Architecture into the Global Finance
Portal. This was the first externally hosted product integrated into the GFA Portal.
• Infrastructure Lead for the re engineering and implementation of major changes to the JPMC
PeopleSoft infrastructure. This initiative included, analysis, requirements gathering and
implementation of many enhancements including SSL, Application and Web server upgrades,
hardware implementations, and Performance and Stress Testing for the introduction of new
products, such as ePaySlips (Online PayStatements), and Emergency Registry.
• Project Leader for the migration of a 20 Server application farm from an NT platform to a
Shared UNIX Infrastructure. This includes Analysis, Design, Performance and Stress Testing,
and Infrastructure Tuning and Upgrades. Once complete this project will yield saving of
+500K yearly in infrastructure charges alone.

Project Manager for a new conceptual and prototypical model Web based Middle and Back Office,
CRM, Settlement, Accounting and Reporting Infrastructure and Application to support the Global
Finance and Money Market Business. This was a complete BPR of all business and technical
processes using Object Oriented methodologies. Responsibilities included significant client, and
technical interaction with all levels of the Management team and staff.
Performed business and technical analysis and design for the original prototype infrastructure and
application that supported the London Money Market and Payments business. This included
development of Application Architecture, Business rules, User Interfaces, Technical interfaces, and
Class and Object definitions. The application and architecture were developed using ORACLE V8,
UNIX, TIBCO RV, RVCM, Solaris, XML, SQL, LBMS, Java, C++, PERL and Message Broker.

developed middle office systems, and industry electronic trading systems. These applications support
over $200 Billion in Securities and Cash movement on a daily basis. Member and Participant on
various (GSCC) Government Securities Clearing Corporation committees regarding new products,
technology, and regulatory compliance.
• Relationship Manager for the BONY Clearance and Settlement applications and
infrastructure. This includes developing and implementing of new products and infrastructure
enhancements.
• Responsible for all REPO and US Treasury Reporting activity, including finance, and interest
Reports for REPO and structured REPO activity such as TriParty, GCF, and GSCC
Comparison and Netting.
• Relationship and QA Manager for ICI/ADP application. Responsible for the management of

• Performed an assessment of the Government Securities Trading and Operations activity flow
from front to back. Documented the trade flow, and developed the business, technical and
compliance support model that were implemented by the Operations area . This was a
complete BPR assignment that improved to STP rate for Cash, and T+1 trading into the 98%
range, which created significant cost savings to the Front Office.
