My responsibilities at National Pen was to work as Liaison between the sales reps and the vendors. My daily tasks were to pull in reports using excel, acess, and oracle.I would then use acess to view all vendor based orders for all appropriate information. Once the orders were correct and released from all holds I would then manually create each purchase order and clean it up then send it to the appropriate vendor. I worked 2 inboxes daily as well. During my time at National Pen I also worked in Inbound and outbound sales positions that inclueded making quotes as well as entering orders. As an outbound sales rep I had my own client database that I called on daily and it was my responsibility to build up a repore with each customer.

I have skills in sorting and distributing mail, and also experience working on assembly lines. I have worked in retail many years ago. When I was around 20 yrs old I also worked as a closing shift manager for approximately 1 year.

My current role is working for Calsonic Kansei Lewisburg in customer service. I am working as a temp until they can fill the position.
