Operational Planning:
• While serving as the Material Maintenance Management (3M) Departmental Assistant, was responsible for improving the quality and quantity of maintenance for five working groups consisting of over 100 personnel; resulting in a twenty percent increase in operational readiness.
Technical/Operator Expert:
• Subject Matter Expert in the field of Electronic Warfare. Served as the lead technician and operation supervisor onboard naval vessels as Leading Chief Petty Officer. Maintained and operated AN/SLQ-32(V) 3, ULQ-16, SLA-10B, MK 36 DLS, PCMS, CTT-HR and CTT-H3. Maintenance of equipment included the daily use of a full range of electronic test instruments including, but not limited to: oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and AC/DC power supplies. Received numerous awards for material condition of equipment and expertise of all watch standers under supervision.
Process Improvement:
• Spearheaded a comprehensive training and audit program for his shipboard training and qualification standards resulting in an increased resource knowledge and flexibility.
Performance Assessment:
• Trained, mentored, and certified maintenance technicians ranging from rank of E1 to O4. Responsible for the training and assessment of over 100 personnel to ensure they were prepared to maintain equipment to specific Commander Surface Force requirements.
Organizational Management:
• Served as the immediate supervisor in charge of over 21 personnel. Responsible to ensure all work centers were properly manned, trained, and equipped based on Fleet requirements. Responsible to ensure 100 + departmental personnel were current through personal qualification standards.
Communication:
• Responsible to educate Department on current requirements and procedures. Accountable to develop and brief current 3M status to Department Head to include system status, parts procurement, repair delays and operational impact.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Jan 1992 – Jan 2012 (US Navy)
• Duties include managed personnel in the operations and maintenance of Electronic Warfare and SIGINT equipment in support of Information Operations (IO).
• Serves as a quality assurance inspector, insuring standards compliance for department of 100 personnel.
• Electronic systems technical specialist in the design, integration, test, and validated readiness for sea.
• Responsible for implementation and validation of functional and system level tests, executing functional checks and coordination with Technical Writers regarding the test technologies and techniques to be utilized.
• Update and modify existing applications into design with a continuing responsibility for testing and maintenance.
• Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures.
• Completed Master Training Specialist (MTS) qualification in 1999.
• Electronic Warfare Supervisor responsible for training personnel, operating and maintenance of Electronic Warfare equipment. Including calibration, preventative and corrective maintenance.

• Operate and maintain equipment associated to the production of edge lit light emitting diode (LED) panels. Equipment includes but not limited to large bed laser cutter, etcher and CNC machine.
