Review "cite all" data as it relates to consumer product labels and then

format the label into a compelling, easy to understand format for the end

user:

. Led new products consumer launch for PF Harris featuring 9 new

consumer product labels featuring Deltamethrin. These 9 new products

generated nearly $ 5,000,000 in revenue during the first 12 months.

. Successfully negotiated Supply Agreement with Valent BioSciences on

behalf of PF Harris.

. Re-designed all PF Harris labels, including drain openers, to enhance

to the readability of the label and streamline "directions for use"

portion of the label.

. Worked collaboratively with Rob Adams on a new rodenticide patent

designed to reduce the "dead mouse" odor inside the home. Patent is

in patent pending status.

2005 --- 2011 DIRECTOR of RETAIL SALES / LIPHATECH, INC.

Leading manufacturer of bait controls featuring rodenticides and

molluscucides. I oversaw all aspects of retail sales operation with P&L

responsibility.

. Forged a new business partnership with Scotts Miracle Gro. Developed

a family of rodenticide products marketed under the Ortho brand name.

Ortho rodenticide products were featured in Home Depot, LOWES and Wal-

Mart. Generated nearly $ 2,000,000 during the first 12 months.

Developed a EPA compliant Reusable Mouse Bait Station for SMG and

secured a listing for same in Home Depot.

. Developed a new reusable Ant / Roach bait station for Black Flag

Brands working with Steve Hill, then President of Black Flag Brands.

The reusable, snap cap bait station design is patented in my name.

. Launched a new reusable Mouse Trap and reusable Rat Trap under the

brand name NeverMiss Reusable Traps. Sales exceeded $ 400,000 during

the first 24 months. Secured listings with ACE Hardware, Do-It-Best

Hardware and Handy Hardware.

. Doubled revenue with Premier Tech Home & Garden by tripling their

listing with Liphatech through a launch of difethialone rodenticides.

1993 --- 2005 LAWN & GARDEN PRODUCT MANAGER / NATIONAL SALES

ENFORCER PRODUCTS (ACUITY BRANDS)

. Responsible for exploding revenue at Enforcer Products. During my

tenure as the L & G Product Manager, and National Sales Manager,

revenue doubled from $ 20 M to $ 40 M from 1995 to 2005 in a very

competitive consumer pesticide environment.

. Launched the first, one year Home Pest Control by re-writing the

Valent BioSciences deltamethrin label. Trademarked the brand name

BUGMAX 365 and generated more than $ 3,750,000 in revenue during the

first 12 months. Out maneuvered SMG (Ortho); Bayer Advanced; Spectrum

Brands (Spectracide) and SC Johnson (RAID) in launching the first one

year residual Home Pest product.

. Designed the first "snap cap" Ant / Roach bait station under the brand

name ANTMAX and ROACHMAX. Oversaw the installation of the required

bait station filling equipment ($250,000 investment) and drove sales

from $2,000,000 to $3,750,000 in year one.

. Signed a Supply Agreement with DuPont to fill DuPont's indoxacarb Bait

Station Arenas in 2004. From 2004 through 2011, the DuPont Supply

Agreement has generated nearly $1,000,000 profit dollars annually ---

total profit of $8,000,000 from 2004 through 2011.

. Launched the ZEP PRP PEST line of products in Home Depot, 2001. This

controlled brand lineup, featuring 8 SKU's, generated more than

$6,000,000 in revenue in year one. Lineup featured cutting edge

rodenticides and insecticides.

. Managed a Sales Team of 25 and re-designed our selling strategy in the

Hardware channel of distribution. Our off-shelf display programs

increased our total cases sold by 25% in 2000 when the new selling

program was launched.

. Recognized as Enforcer Products Highest Impact Employee three times:

1995, 1996 and 1997.
