I was a department Supervisor for Shiloh. I was responsible for 25 employees. I was responsible for their
safety a insuring they meet daily production schedules. I held daily production meetings discussing the
expectations for the day and made out a daily work schedule. I also did interviewing, reviews and
displanary actions. I was involved in continuous Improvements and ordered supplies from vendors.

I started as a metal stamping press operator then moved to a team leader then Supervisor. I was
responsible for 30 people of two different departments. I also have resistance welding experience. I’m a
overhead crane operator and a certified forklift trainer.
