2009-Present Olive Garden Italian Restaurants Restauarant

Manager

Transistioned back to Darden after the sale of the Smokey Bones

brand.Initially hired as Service Manager for the Grensboro

location,subsequently moved to all other departments fulfilling them

successfully.Transferred to the South Florida market for a year and

half fulfilling the role in a relocation and close down in one

restaurant and re launch and new restauarant opening in a new one.

Moved back to North Carolina to the Greensboro location,and

transferred to the High Point location assisting in the grand

2003- 2009 Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill General

Manager

Initially hired as a fast tracker for the Gm position, with Smokey

Bones, after several very successful openings including Fayetteville,

and Plantation promoted to the general manager position at the

Greensboro NorthCarolina location.Greensboro was an under performing

restaurant and was able to leap to number one in the division and

number four in the entire company by May of fiscal 08. The restaurant

also achieved the lowest turnover percentage since its opening as

well as significant increases in profitability an over all total

quality. Greensboro's average TQ scores were 93 % and were

subsequently raised to average of 98% the highest ever avchieved at

this location. The restaurant at present continues to perform at a

very high level .All these accomplishments were achieved in spite of

the obstacles of the separation from Darden and the unstable

environment of 8 different directors in 18 months.The restaurant

continues to improve in the areas of profitability with an overall

reduction in foodcost of 5.2 % reduction in liquor cost of 7% and a

reduction in labor cost of 7.8 percent while still maintaining

overall GSS.
