. Managed a staff of eight (in the US and Singapore) tasked with
reconciling cash allocations of principal, interest, and redemptions for
US Treasury, ABS, and Corporate securities
. Developed a structured review process for DTC cash allocation variances
allowing staff members to methodically troubleshoot interest accrual and
principal pay-down variances and route them for quick remediation
. Coordinated with Reference Data and Product Controller teams to implement
process changes and corrections to minimize future variances

. Led project to automate IMPACT - cash DTC reconciliations by collecting

Servicing in leading the effort to reduce aged receivables (60+ days) by
92% and then maintained acceptable levels going forward
Project Management experience:
. Led project to automate manual wire transfer process. Identified relevant
stakeholders, collected and documented requirements and risk reduction
goals, and coordinated with IT to perform UAT. Led status meetings,
participated in the prioritization process, and managed the project until
handover into Operations. Results were an automated system which handled
approximately 800 incoming/outgoing payments monthly in a two-tiered
