. Led effort to build a control framework for Settlements Processing team

Coupon and Redemptions Manager, Asset Servicing (Aug 2004 - Sep 2010)

. Managed a staff of eight (in the US and Singapore) tasked with

reconciling cash allocations of principal, interest, and redemptions for

US Treasury, ABS, and Corporate securities

. Developed a structured review process for DTC cash allocation variances

allowing staff members to methodically troubleshoot interest accrual and

principal pay-down variances and route them for quick remediation

. Coordinated with Reference Data and Product Controller teams to implement

process changes and corrections to minimize future variances

. Wrote and delivered performance appraisals, communicated compensation

announcements, and managed team expectations and feedback through regular

group and one-on-one meetings

Project Management experience:

. Led project to automate IMPACT - cash DTC reconciliations by collecting

and documenting requirements and risk reduction goals, overseeing testing

of new functionality and managing the transition from test environment

into production.

. Led project to reconcile PIMCO US T-Bill maturity variances including

driving status meetings, assigning takeaways and following up with

stakeholders at key schedule milestones. Performed post mortem root cause

cash, repo, and tri-party trades, and directed Middle Office to process

corrections as required

. Coordinated with Settlements, Allocations, Accounting, and Asset

Servicing in leading the effort to reduce aged receivables (60+ days) by

92% and then maintained acceptable levels going forward

Project Management experience:

. Led project to automate manual wire transfer process. Identified relevant

stakeholders, collected and documented requirements and risk reduction

goals, and coordinated with IT to perform UAT. Led status meetings,

participated in the prioritization process, and managed the project until

handover into Operations. Results were an automated system which handled

approximately 800 incoming/outgoing payments monthly in a two-tiered

approval system
