OBJECTIVE:

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Currently working with first source as Admin Head from Oct’08.
As Executive MIS and Project Co-ordinator in Disnet Wireless Limited (AIRCEL) from 2nd June 2008 to Oct 08.
As Customer care Executive from 9th Feb 2007 in Tata teleservices Ltd. (Addeco Flexione manforce solutions).
TYPE OF JOB IN FIRST SOURCE:
Heading the Admin Department, which covers Facility, Staff Transportation, Logistic and General Administration.
Supervises and coordinates the work of the Admin and Facility team at the center to ensure smooth flow of processes and to provide constant support to various business groups.
Lead the Admin team. Provide constant support and guidance. Plan and assist in their career development..
Ensure maintenance of building and remittances of equipment insurance premium.
Ensure 100% facility uptime including electricity, DG, UPS, AC, ISD- STD, water, conveyance, food, security, plumbing, water, lighting, housekeeping, security, and pest control through vendors.
Handling laisioning related matter.
Responsible for 100 % compliance of the center as per state statuary act.
Ensure that all contractual agreements with the outside vendors are available and renewed periodically.
Ensure that all purchases including hardware and OPEX items are regularized and there are appropriate documents.
Ensure availability of comparative statements to enable better decision making with regards to vendors.
Maintain costs and follow the departmental budget and common costs. Interact with the finance team on budget variance and forecasting.
Coordinate with the Operations on future facility expansion to meet business goals.
Ensure, interact and manages future fit out expansion with contractors/ architects.
Assist overall administrative works like, Housekeeping, food etc. with the respective Heads and other Misc. jobs given by the management time to time
Handling telephone bills and all pertaining activities thereof like making monthly payment, activate or deactivate roaming facility etc, keeping track of corporate connections for mobile phones as well as land lines.
Procurement documentation both Opex and Capex
Provision and expense reimbursements
Check all the bills of vendors, raise vendor payment request, processing all to the head office (Bangalore/ Kolkata), following up and closing the payment against those and handover the cheques to the respective vendors.
Keeping track of reprographic activities on daily basis.
Handling daily petty cash
Taking care of all the logistic of the center.
To monitor the entire client Visit and other Board room meeting at the center and out side the center.
To take in the cost saving Initiative on a time to time Basis.
To Deal with Govt Official for way bill, and Electricity in CESU office/Sales Tax Office and BMC office.
TYPE OF JOB IN TATA :
Handling all type of Customer issue.
Prepare dailly Login and activation report.
Prepare dailly stock reports. .
Do the order entry in ePOS for post paid cases.
Send the customer issue to the concern department through CRM or Mail.
Do the login for post paid cases (Check the POA and POI as per segment).
Co-ordinate with I smart (external agency) regarding Prepaid documentation.

CREATING PURCHASE REQUISION AND SOLEMLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWUP.
CREATING THE WBS Id (WAVE BASE SAP Id.)

PREPARING WEEKLY UPDATE REPORT.
COORDINATING WITH SITE Eng. AND TAKING DAILY FOLLOWUP.
