- Negotiated $30,000.00 reduction with Architecture/Engineering firms for retained costs at the closeout of the project for savings in architectural and engineering design costs to Sprint PCS.
Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic/NYNEX) Project Manager/Engineering 1990 - 1996
- Facilitated a cost reduction of 20% on key cell site project by intensive value engineering with the contractor and engineer following project commencement leading to employee of the month recognition.
- Developed the first field report template for cell sites in construction for NYNEX, which was eventually modified for the construction department use in future field projects.
Coordinated $56,000.00 on air cell site re-construction on Staten Island with landlord retained vendor. Managed project to completion with no disruption to service.
