OBJECTIVES:

Looking forward for an entry-level carrier for Diploma in Electronics &

communication, which provides positive learning and applying techniques with a

purpose to positively contribute towards achieving the organizational goals.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

I have completed ONE-YEAR Apprenticeship training in BHEL-EDN (Bharat

Heavy Electricals Limited-Electronics Division) Mysore Road, Bangalore-560 026,

under SA (Sub Assembly) - Section – PPC [Production Planning & Control] and Six

Months working in MRC [Module Repair Center] Department.

NATURE OF WORK:

PLANNING:

Carrying out of all planning activities using the SAP system comprising of:

1. Production orders creation, releasing and printing for Regulation

modules.

2. Module reservation and knowledge of Module kitting.

3. Back order processing for different types of production orders.

4. Creating additional MRS, material reallocation for production orders.

5. Raising Concession with SAE for shortage components if suitable is available.

6. Issuing of materials to Sub Contractors Vendors.

7. Shortage List Preparation as per Production Program.

8. BOM (Bill of material) updating for different types of modules.

9. Check the Stock/requirements of Materials.

MODULE REPAIR CENTER:.

1. Identification and usage of various electronic components.

2. Soldering and De-soldering of through hole components.

3. Soldering and de-soldering of SMT components using soldering stations and

rework station.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:

• Operating System: Windows 98, 2000, XP professional.

• Other Application: SAP, MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Micro

controller, Microprocessor, VLSI.
