. Contributed to the operational efficiency of academic, social and

philanthropy events by simplifying and automating the registration

process.

. Created a website to attract potential participants and sponsors for

"Kappa Kolor", an event which supports The Nehemiah Center of Navasota.

. Aided in decision making for the entire sorority as a member of the

elected Chapter Council.

Recruitment Day Chair Summer 2012

Responsible for the creation, production and execution of the third day

of recruitment.

. Created and organized a 20 minute skit to showcase Kappa's talent and

diversity.

. Successfully delegated tasks to a team in order to insure all

responsibilities were met in a timely and efficient manner.

. Contributed to a 20% potential member return rate increase by

modernizing and restructuring the day's programming.

Researched and organized local service opportunities for sorority

members.

. Organized and supervised several fundraising campaigns for local Kappa

Alumni in need.

. Implemented weekly service trips to Esperanza Assisted Living and the

Brazos County Animal Shelter.

. Communicated with Boy Scout troop leaders, sorority members and local

businesses in order to provide safe environments for 30 Cub Scouts to

hold their annual fundraising events.
