Selected Achievement Highlights

We Successfully Conceptualized and brought to Market the MTG Product lines (we originally started with

10 products and in 14 years successfully grew the product lines in a high growth environment to 227

Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Textile/ Composite Formed Products) that provide highly Engineered

Products to Specialty Automotive, Industrial, Consumer and Commercial Markets .

Established Lean Operations protocols both internally and in our company acquisitions for our

Production Processes that resulted in the consolidation of our processes into 23 demand pull Value Streams

supervised by 5 Tactical Managers. This resulted in labor efficiencies that rose above 14% while greatly

reducing WIP and Cycle times (this also greatly reduced our queue and bottleneck times) while maintaining

solid ROIs that averaged between 26 to 33%. We also implemented an employee Tier grading/ Training

system for our non exempt labor force which improved safety, employee retention and consistent product

quality.

Drove Engineering and Quality Protocols establishing KPIs that enabled us to achieve Zero defect

metrics in ETO/job shop/ Custom designs, high volume production runs and high mix/ low volume production

runs. Our protocols also enabled us to maintain high Sigma target KPIs at the Customer/ Technical Service

levels for Products that had been in the field for one year or less. Our Engineering and Quality flexibility

standards also allowed us to easily move product designs and MWIs from our job shop/ Custom design

protocols to Demand pull or revolving contractual productions when required.

3

Implemented Proactive Risk Management and Product Liability Protocols and Metrics that allowed us to

attain predictability in our Product Development/ Production Process efforts and also enabled us in almost 15

years of Production to never have a Product Recall or a successful Product Liability Claim brought against

us. Our competitors would average 7 to 10 Product liability claims a year.

Led a Capital Expansion and Plant Layout Installation Sequence in which we had budgeted $934,000

dollars but I was able to satisfy all of our requirements under budget for $560,000.

Implemented and Supervised Plant Safety Programs/ Protocols that enabled us to operate for 1132 days

without a recordable Plant Safety Incident.
