the business needs of airline industry. Manpower Management

solution aka AvientCrew Resource will be part of the

AvientCrew suite of solutions and expand the horizon of

current suite to planning also. AvientCrew Resource will be

the first system to embrace our new AvientCrew system

architecture.

MPM is envisioned to be the leading solution for manpower

management in the airline world. The product will provide a

viable migration alternative to the major airlines from the

current excel and lean planning systems. The product will

enable the airlines to save cost.

MPM Engineering will be executed as a software development

project that will follow modified iterative model. Each

iteration will be executed as a phase. The MPM product

(Phase1) will be developed in 2 major releases. The first

advertising text and preset values for search engines. The
