. Implemented new recruiting procedures that eliminated recruiter fees
resulting in savings of over $275K during
first year of employment.
. Completely restructured Human Resources Department to meet Federal/State

first and only internal HR audit to ensure legal departmental compliance
in accordance to old/new Federal & State laws and regulations. Saved the

. Modified, consolidated, and/or eliminated all job descriptions to

also achieving higher standards of production and quality of work. Once
implemented, turnover rate was reduced by an annual average from 3.5 % to
