• As a magnetic protein, purified Dynabeads products with SEC column, and pre-coupled it with a biomolecule

• Responsible in the team to synthesize DNA and RNA primers. Operated Jurassic Synthesizer, Oligo Pilot,
ABI 3900 and Mer made12 to produce various DNA, RNA sequences. Some of them were called
semiconductor Sequencing that would be need more carefully. Modified or labeled oligos with special
molecules and dyes (Phosphate, Biotin, HEX, TET, Alexa488 etc.).

accomplished in 2 hours less time.
