Duties included performing daily Staten Island Landfill site Hazard Control
Monitoring of the following: Fire, Methane Gas, Hydrogen Sulfide, Oxygen,
Carbon Monoxide, PCB's, Poly-Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Noise, Illumination,
Site Vehicle Safety, Heat/Cold Stress, Gas Extraction Wells, Grounding and
Lightning, Confined Spaces, Lockout/Tagout protocol, Landfill Chemical

Field Scientist/Project Manager
Responsible for the supervision of hazardous material abatement contractors
throughout Florida. Duties included site safety, project oversight, sample
collection, sample analysis and final report preparation. During asbestos
abatement activities samples were analyzed on site using the NIOSH 582
standards. During the abatement process information and sample data was
interpreted and delivered to clients and local government (county and
state) inspectors.
. Assisting Dade County School Board inspectors with supervising
abatement projects with over 50 crew members.
. Worked in the PLM lab performing QC analysis on bulk sample analysis.
. Act as a liaison between contractors, clients, and laboratories.
