Duties: Receive, process and dispatch ambulances to various types of calls within the city of Wilmington and to outside hospitals/facilities/homes throughout the tri-state area. Utilize a computer aided dispatch system to process and retrieve information needed for the call. Have regular dealings and interaction with ems crews, hospital staff and the general public. Prioritize incidents from most serious to least serious in nature for transport.
