Management Philosophy
The best way to ensure an organization's success in today's competitive
world is to amaze the customer. Today's customers and future customers want
responsiveness, low expenditures, and high quality. If you do not meet or
exceed your customer needs, your competition will.
It is not enough for employees to accept change. There has to be a new way
of doing business were continuous improvement is the standard. Employees
need to actively seek to improve methods and procedures that drive
initiative. Trust must be established by developing a work atmosphere were
people work without intimidation. An environment needs to exist where there
is pride for both personal and organizational accomplishments.
