Supplier Quality Engineer / CMM Programmer

Responsible for inspection of income material using Zeiss CMM and standard

measurement devices including surface plate set ups. Review and confirm by

measurements first articles submittals to determine capability of suppliers

to meet drawing requirements. Routinely conduct data analyses studies using

CMM for engineering to determine appropriate drawing tolerances (reverse

engineering).

. Conduct on-site monitoring, ISO and company standard audits, process

reviews and source inspections for domestic and international

suppliers (Malaysia and Singapore)

. Partner with suppliers to establish measurement consistency. Identify

and document measurement techniques to ensure uniformity in

measurement results

. Perform gage R&Rs to determine measurement correlations. Investigate

. Qualified second source of machining of tool cone components with
