OBJECTIVE:

To work in challenging position in the field of Research in Life Sciences

especially in molecular cell biology, genetics and in vivo studies with

the help of leading research institute which offer best opportunity to make

best use of my knowledge skills and abilities and with the guidance of

able people around me.

Research Experience: One and half year as M. Phil. Research Scholar

Research work consisted of the following techniques and activities

. Bioassay for the different hormones in vivo on Rat and mouse model.

. Purification by chromatography.

. Characterization: Structural (N-Terminal sequencing, Amino acid

analysis, Electrophoretic analysis, ) and Functional (ELISA and in

vitro and in vivo assays)

. All kinds of ELISA for checking the cross reactivity of different

hormones for its physiochemical characterization

. Chromatography with different matrix and different dyes.

. Immuno-histochemistry

. Cell culture, maintenance of secondary culture, cell counting. Cloning

and expression in prokaryotic system.

. Production and characterization of Polyclonal antibody in rabbit for a

given hormone.

and characterization techniques, various chromatographies, column,

gel filteration etc. Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography, Electrophoresis

and its analysis for proteins.

UVspectra (all analysis by latest software shimadzu), microtitreplate

reader, Ultra centrifuge, PCRs, Gel doc, ELISA reader, Lyophilyzer,

colorimeter.

CELL BIOLOGY

Centrifugation, Chromatography(all the types), PCR, SDS-PAGE,
