LPN seeking employment (Toledo, OH)

I am an LPN currently licensed in the state of Ohio. PN-126978-IV

I have been licensed since 2007 in which I received the LPNAO award for excellence in patient care.

I have previous experience in long term care, assisted living care, skilled nursing facilities, home health care, memory care and hospice.

I have employed the use of various forms of EMR in the healthcare setting.

I believe in continuity of care and patient advocacy. I am both professional and compassionate during all facets of patient care. I am highly motivated, ready and willing to work to maintain the level of care you require.

I am currently seeking employment in a long term care facility, preferably full-time.

I am available for any shift.
