Lead a staff of 10, a Board of 28 and over 1,300 volunteers to effectively deliver business education programs to 20,000 students. Was key contact for corporate and government partners and other stakeholders. Realized growth in revenue over six years from $220K to $965K and student reach from 3,500 to 20,000. Organized special events and managed the organization's profile and reputation. Managed all aspects of the organizations finances including budgets and financial reports to the board as well as the annual audit. Wrote and produced the annual report and other communication tools.
