EMPLOYEE REFERRAL SYSTEM (ERS)

Project Description

This Project was undertaken during my internship while pursuing MBA in

IT.

Employee Referral System (ERS) is a highly configurable, Web-based

system that manages company's internal employee referral program.

Referrals and candidates are tracked at every stage of the process.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL SYSTEM (ERS) operate as a standalone system with a

company's private resume database and applicant tracking.

Responsibilities

Designed few tables and run SQL commands

Participated in Requirement analysis with Stakeholders (HR, DB

Admins)
