• Calling and answering phones has been a major part in three of my previous jobs. I have received
training just on phones from all of them.
I have been trained and am highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excell, and Powerpoint.
I have done bookwork for years for my dad's logging company, using primarily Quickbooks.
Successfully created a “green” week in high school, as well as the weekly newspaper.
Was head of “Brawl for the Ball”, which raised over 1,000 pounds of food for our local food bank, over
$5,000 for the Ronald McDonald house, and also donations to local families in need.

Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and was also given a raise and offered a promotion.

Was proficiently trained as a telephone interviewer who called citizens of Idaho to get their opinions on
crucial subjects, such as drinking and driving and the education system.
Highlight: Held a part-time job while still receiving a 4.0 in second year based college classes.

Came in as a barista, and moved up quickly to waitress and then up again to top waitress and trainer of
waitresses and baristas.
Highlight: Known as the “Ice Queen” because I always stayed calm under pressure while still
providing kind and friendly service.

Successfully helped start the kitchen, as part of the first staff hired at the waterpark.
Highlight: Able to multitask by taking orders, cooking the food, and answering the phone for to go
orders.

Graduated in 2011 with a 3.75 highschool GPA and a 3.5 college GPA with 22 college credits from
North Idaho College.
