I serve as a Direct Sales Representative covering a designated territory where I am tasked with assisting and guiding customers, co-workers and managers with daily updates, regarding company changes and new products available. I manage the distribution base for soliciting new residential customers through cold calls and door-to-door contact, explaining products and services available including Cable hook ups internet access both wireless, and dial-up access, video access and phone service to potential customers.
