JTEKT Corporation stands at the forefront, as a technology leader

in the U.S and World Bearing industry. The major objective of this

application is to extract data from SAP ERP and load it into Data

warehouse (Oracle) which is used for business optimization rather

than business updates.

Roles and Responsibilities -

. Configured OBIA 7.9.7.1 environment which includes installation of

OBIEE 11.1.1.6, ODI 10.1.3.6.1 and OCM.

. Created new security repository connection for connecting the

Master repository using Topology Manager.

. Configured physical and Logical connections in Topology manager by

creating Physical Data stores, Physical schemas and Logical

schemas.

. Defined listener and Scheduler agents as windows services and

configured them in Topology manager.

. Configured different contexts (Development, Quality and Production)

in Topology manager.

. Created new security repository connection for importing the Work

Project Description - Municipality of Abu Dhabi city (ADM) is the

government administrative department which provides comprehensive

services to the public and ensures proper planning of the developing

city, with regularized road networks, maintenance services, sewerage,

lighting works, and bridges, launching the Agriculture Development

Plan in the Emirate and establishing public markets in various areas

of Abu Dhabi city.

Roles and Responsibilities -

. Involved in requirement gathering from the Business Users and

Designing Data Model for 10 data models.

. Worked on extracting data from databases like Oracle, SQL Server

2008, DB2, and Flat Files

. Involved in requirement clarification meetings with the end users

and converting the requirements into designs.

. Used workflow manager and workflow monitor extensively to create

tasks, worklets, and workflows and execute the tasks & also monitor

the workflows.

. Developed reusable Mapplets, Transformations, Sessions and

Parameterized DB connections.

. Customized repository (.rpd) by using OBIEE admin tool's physical

layer, business model & mapping layer, presentation layer according

to the business requirements.

. Imported the required objects (Physical Tables) with integrity

constraints into the physical layer using Connection Pools and

defined the relationship by identifying the facts and dimensions.

. Created Business Models in the BMM layer by defining the logical

joins between the logical tables.

developing products under various Batches transactions.

. Designed and developed transformation rules (business rules) to

generate consolidated (fact and summary) data using Informatica

PowerCenter tool.

. Developed various mappings to load data from various sources using

different transformations like Router, Aggregator, Joiner, Lookup,

Update Strategy, Expression and Sequence Generator to store the

data in target table.

. Created mappings with PL/SQL procedures/functions to build business

rules to load data.

. Developed and tested all the Informatica mappings involving lookups

and update Strategies.
