> Strategy Planning: Accessing and analyzing performance of employees
periodically. Helping the decision maker to proactively respond to the
need of the market and thus stay ahead of the organization.
Communicating and sharing data between various departments of an
organization to collectively formulate future strategies and implement
them with maximum efficiency. Making the cost effective utilization of
the resources. Preparing reports on the basis of the work performance
of the employees.
