solutions for meeting environmental needs

- Mentoring and training consultants

- Seven years of experience in Process Industries. Handled turnkey projects from conception to successful handing over of the

plants. As shift in-charge, was responsible for day to day operation of plant and meeting production targets.

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Environmental

- Managed and prepared NSR amendment application, Title V renewal application, annual emission inventory, toxic chemical release

inventories, and semi-annual Title V deviation reports for Oil and Gas facilities, Chemical facilities and Refineries in

Houston/Galveston/Orange non-attainment area.

- Assisted in comprehensive re-evaluation and audit of the plant’s Benzene Waste NESHAP (BWON) program for chemical facilities and

a Refinery

- Assisted with implementation of compliance management and compliance recordkeeping database systems

- Performed dispersion modeling analysis to predict impact of pollutants Oil and Gas Facilities, Chemical facilities and Refineries in

Houston/Galveston non-attainment area. The analysis involved the use of refined models like ISC 3, AERMOD etc.

- Prepared Permit by Rule Registration applications for Oil and Gas pipeline operations, Plastics manufacturing facilities and numerous

Chemical facilities in Texas.

- Assisted in implementing MON NESHAP for Plastics manufacturing facility.

- Assisted chemical facilities in auditing compliance with state and federal regulations and operating permit requirements.

Environmental – EMIS

- Implemented an Environmental Management Information Systems (EMIS) using opsEnvironmental® to track, manage and report

greenhouse gas emissions and other priority pollutants across the organization for an oil and gas company. Developed a Pre-Processor to

automate the implementation.

- Managed and implemented an Environmental Management Information Systems (EMIS) using Essential EH&S™ software for a

midstream Oil and Gas company. The solutions developed using EMIS were web-based task tracking/compliance systems, emissions

calculations, tracking systems, regulatory applicability systems and equipment/site information systems.

- Developed and implemented a BWON database system for a large chemical facility to meet the federal regulatory requirements of 40

CFR 61 subpart FF.

- Managed and Implemented compliance management database systems using opsEnvironmental® for large chemical facilities and

refineries. Wrote compliance tasks for applicable requirements and permit special conditions. Updated database systems with new state

and federal regulations. Built reports and QA/QC tools

- Managed and implemented EMIS systems such as opsEnvironmental® (of ESP), Calcs, Piping and Winceis modules (of PDC),

WebEMS (of IEA) and EMasters for doing the Emission Inventories for pharmaceutical, petrochemical and refineries.

- Implemented ESP’s opsEnvironmental® to support enterprise-wide Toxic Release Inventories (TRI), emissions inventories, SMRF, and

DMR reporting.

Environmental – EMIS Software Development

- Developed material management system (MMS) to perform complex emission inventory (EI) calculation by sharing material data

across all modules like air, water, inventory, waste, emergency response and safety. MMS can be further developed to generate MSDS.

- Established the business logic for MMS application interface that will enable an environmental personnel to enter or view the data from

anywhere in the plant via web.

- Accomplished EI calculations and generated EI, SARA 312, and SARA 313 reports by building petrochemical template using the MMS.

- Provided technical Support for customers-troubleshooting issues with FormR and Waste management software

- Built LDEQ waste disposal reports for Shell Corporation using crystal reports software.

- Underwent training in Title V and compliance permitting imparted by ESP at the user group meeting.

- Presented MMS at user group meeting organized by ESP.

Research Project

- Developed techniques using GIS to apportion area and non-road source emissions into 4 X 4 sqkm grids with suitable spatial

surrogates as part of the Rider 17 Air Quality Research & Planning activities funded by TCEQ. This was the first project of its kind

to use GIS for allocating emissions in Corpus Christi Urban Airshed to improve the accuracy of the modeling efforts to demonstrate

SIP.
