Visual Retailing (VR) Software Suite, including Mockshop. Provided

installation of VR software database, virtual fixture construction, and

installation of visual packages in each new store.

and tracked purchases for 72 stores to maximize budgets. Coordinated

deliveries and installation schedule. $250 - $400K annually.

* Increased 15.5% in sales above plan for company in 4th quarter seasonal

business. Upgraded Trim-A-Home Shop concept utilizing existing fixture

package. Developed additional fixture components to maximize space while

maintaining customer accessibility. Worked with graphic designers to

create a cohesive Trim-A-Home signage / graphics package to fit fixtures

and shop environment.
